Job Description:
Position: HR Executive
Location: Coimbatore
Experience: 3 Years
Industry: Hotel
Only Candidates who has 3 years of experience in Hospitality Industry can apply.
Profiles from Hospitality sectors only will be cosnidered.
Job Summary
We are looking for an HR Executive to handle recruitment, employee records, attendance, payroll coordination, onboarding, and day-to-day HR activities. The candidate should have good communication skills and be able to support employees while ensuring smooth HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
Handle recruitment and interview coordination.
Manage employee onboarding and documentation.
Maintain attendance, leave, and employee records.
Coordinate payroll inputs and employee benefits.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labour laws.
Address employee queries and support employee engagement activities.
Coordinate training and induction programs.
Handle exit formalities and full & final settlement.
Prepare HR reports and maintain confidential employee information.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–3 years of HR experience (hospitality experience preferred).
Knowledge of MS Excel and HRMS/payroll software.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
