Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle (Sourcing to Joining).

• Understand client requirements and draft job descriptions accordingly.

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and database.

• Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews.

• Schedule interviews and coordinate with clients & candidates.

• Maintain daily recruitment tracker and MIS reports.

• Achieve monthly hiring targets.

• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.

• Follow up with candidates till onboarding process is completed.

Skills Required:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong understanding of recruitment process.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

• Knowledge of job portals and LinkedIn sourcing.

• Basic MS Excel & MS Office knowledge.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate in any stream.

• Minimum 6 months of experience in recruitment/staffing industry.

• Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.

Performance Expectations:

• Minimum monthly closure target as assigned by management.

• Regular reporting to Reporting Manager.

• Maintain professional client and candidate coordination.

• It is a Full Time రిక్రూటర్ / హెచ్ఆర్ / అడ్మిన్ job for candidates with 6 months - 5 years of experience.
