Hiring: HR Trainee / HR Executive

We are hiring for the position of HR Trainee / HR Executive at Metier Headway Consulting Pvt. Ltd.,

Based in Najafgarh, New Delhi.

Eligibility:

Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are welcome

Candidates with prior experience in roles such as Data Entry, Sales & Marketing, Inside Sales, Cold Calling, Operations, Teaching, Customer Service, or similar fields may also apply

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordination, and offer negotiation

Ensure an excellent candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding

Create, update, and post job descriptions on job portals and social media platforms

Build and maintain strong client relationships as a Talent Partner

Collaborate with clients and internal teams to improve hiring processes

Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of quality candidates

Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline (Under graduate can also apply)

Strong sourcing and recruitment skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

High energy, enthusiasm, and goal-oriented mindset

Strong persuasion and stakeholder management skills

Ability to take initiative and drive hiring strategies, especially for mid-level roles
