Human Resource Executive

Job Title: HR Executive

Job Summary:
EKTA GROUP is looking for a dynamic and motivated HR Executive to manage and support various human resource functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, attendance management, and HR administration. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a people-centric approach, and the ability to maintain confidentiality while handling employee-related matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers

• Handle employee onboarding and induction activities

• Maintain employee records, HR databases, and documentation

• Monitor attendance, leave records, and employee data accurately

• Assist in payroll coordination and HR compliance activities

• Support employee engagement, retention, and welfare initiatives

• Address employee queries related to HR policies and procedures

• Prepare HR reports, MIS, and other administrative documents

• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations

• Assist in performance management and training coordination activities

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Good knowledge of HR processes and recruitment practices

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism

Experience:

• 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources

• Freshers with relevant HR internships or certifications may also apply

Working Conditions:

• Full-time, office-based role in Gurugram

• Standard working hours with occasional flexibility based on business requirements
