Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruitment Executive who will be responsible for the complete recruitment cycle, from understanding manpower requirements to onboarding selected candidates. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong coordination abilities, and experience in sourcing quality candidates through various recruitment platforms.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
1–3 years of recruitment experience (Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply).

Knowledge of recruitment processes.
Familiarity with job portals and professional networking platforms.
MS Excel, Word, and Google Workspace proficiency.
