Human Resources Counselor

We are hiring Human Resources Counselors for our office at Dunlop, Kolkata. The role includes candidate counseling, daily interview handling, telecalling and placement support activities. Candidates will be responsible for communicating with applicants, conducting interviews, guiding candidates regarding job opportunities and assisting them throughout the registration, training and joining process.

Responsibilities include maintaining candidate records, follow-up reports and daily activity updates, along with coordinating with the HR and placement team for candidate support and training activities. Applicants should have good communication skills, professional behavior and basic computer knowledge. English, Hindi and Bengali communication skills are preferred. Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply. Training and career growth opportunities will be provided for selected candidates.

Salary: ₹10,000 to ₹12,000 per month
