JOB DESCRIPTION – HR Recruiter

Position: HR Recruiter

Location: Dehradun

Department: Talent Acquisition

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience: Minimum 1 Year

Qualification: Any Graduate

Key Responsibilities

• Source suitable candidates through job portals and social media platforms

• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements

• Conduct telephonic interviews and coordinate interview schedules

• Maintain candidate records and recruitment details

• Ensure smooth end-to-end recruitment coordination

Requirements

• Any Graduate can apply

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Recruitment or HR

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
