Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage full-cycle hiring, from sourcing candidates on job portals and screening resumes to coordinating interviews, issuing offer letters, and conducting employee induction programs.
HR Operations & Database Management: Maintain accurate employee records, update HR Information Systems (HRIS), and manage documentation for confirmations, promotions, and transfers.
Payroll & Benefits Administration: Support monthly payroll processing, track attendance and leave records, and assist with statutory compliance such as PF, ESI, and gratuity.
Employee Relations & Engagement: Act as a point of contact for employee queries, resolve workplace grievances, and organize engagement activities to improve retention.
Policy & Legal Compliance: Help draft and update company policies while ensuring adherence to local labor laws and regulations.
Performance Management: Assist managers in running periodic performance appraisal cycles and tracking employee goals.
