Human Resources Executive – Contract Basis | Café

Position: Human Resources Executive
Employment Type: Contract Basis

Contract Duration: 3 months
Reporting To: Management / HR Head

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for café staff including Stewards, Captains, Baristas, Chefs, Cashiers, Helpers and Housekeeping staff.

• Coordinate candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, trials and joining formalities.

• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave and personal files.

• Handle onboarding, induction and basic employee documentation.

• Coordinate staff requirements with the café manager and management team.

• Monitor employee performance, discipline and workplace conduct.

• Address employee concerns and coordinate grievance resolution.

• Track staff turnover, absenteeism and replacement requirements.

• Assist with payroll inputs, salary-related coordination and statutory documentation.

• Ensure HR policies, SOPs and company rules are communicated and followed.

• Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.

• Prepare regular HR reports covering manpower status, recruitment, attendance, attrition and pending requirements.

Required Skills:

• 1–3 years of HR experience, preferably in restaurants, cafés, QSRs or hospitality.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong recruitment and coordination abilities.

• Knowledge of basic HR documentation and employee management.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced café environment.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.

Contract Terms:

• Fixed-term contractual employment.

• Salary/consultancy fee: As mutually agreed.

• Contract renewal may be considered based on performance and business requirements.

• Notice period and other terms will be as per the employment/contract agreement.

• It is a Full Time రిక్రూటర్ / హెచ్ఆర్ / అడ్మిన్ job for candidates with 0 - 6 months of experience.
