Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team and manage the full-cycle recruitment process. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top talent to meet our growing business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Sourcing & Attracting: Identify potential candidates using multiple sourcing channels, including job portals (like Job Hai, Naukri), LinkedIn, social media, and professional networks.
Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial telephonic and preliminary interviews to assess candidates' skills, technical fit, and cultural alignment.
End-to-End Coordination: Schedule interviews between shortlisted candidates and hiring managers, and act as the primary point of contact throughout the process.
Job Posting: Create, update, and advertise engaging job descriptions on relevant online platforms.
Documentation & Background Verification: Conduct reference checks, verify candidate documents, and assist in the smooth execution of the onboarding process.
Database Management: Maintain and update an active pipeline/database of potential future hires.
Job Requirements
Minimum Qualification: Graduate / Bachelor's Degree in any stream (MBA or Postgraduate diploma in HR is a plus).
Experience: 0 to 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome).
Key Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Familiarity with resume databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and sourcing techniques.
Strong interpersonal skills and sound judgment for evaluating candidates.
Time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple openings simultaneously.
Working Conditions
Working Days: Typically Monday to Saturday (6 days a week) or Monday to Friday (5 days a week), depending on company policy.
