Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Coordinate employee joining formalities and maintain employee records.
Handle attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and HR documentation.
Address employee queries and support employee engagement activities.
Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
Maintain accurate and confidential personnel files and HR databases.
Support performance appraisal and employee evaluation processes.
Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and company policies.
Prepare HR reports and maintain relevant documentation.
Coordinate training and development programs.
Handle employee grievances and escalate issues when required.
Support management with other HR-related activities and projects.
