Human Resource Executive

We are looking for a Human Resource Executive to join our team at Flipside Systems & Consultancy Private Limited to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for the organization. The tasks include identifying potential candidates, interviewing, and evaluating them. You will be responsible for updating job ads and conducting background checks of candidates. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15000 - ₹30000 and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and screen candidates via job portals, social media, and databases

• Conduct initial calls and schedule interviews

• Coordinate with internal teams for hiring requirements

• Manage candidate communication and follow-ups

• Handle onboarding, documentation, and exit formalities

• Support HR operations including attendance, employee records, and payroll inputs

• Assist in implementing HR policies and handling employee queries

• Manage day-to-day HR & admin activities

Requirements:

• Graduate in HR/Business Administration or related field

• 6 months–1 year experience in HR Generalist/Operations/Executive role preferred

• Good communication and organizational skills

• Basic knowledge of HR processes and MS Office

• It is a Full Time రిక్రూటర్ / హెచ్ఆర్ / అడ్మిన్ job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
