About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment activities for both white-collar and blue-collar positions. The ideal candidate will work closely with department heads and plant HR to ensure timely and quality hiring, contributing directly to the company’s growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process — sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, selection, offer, and onboarding.

• Source candidates through multiple channels including job portals, referrals, social media, local networks, and campus hiring.

• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth candidate experience.

• Handle recruitment for staff, technical, and shop-floor roles as per manpower requirements.

• Maintain recruitment data, dashboards, and MIS reports.

• Support onboarding and induction for new employees.

• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical roles.

• Ensure hiring compliance with company policies and labour laws.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field.

• 2–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a manufacturing setup.

• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and online recruitment platforms.

• Ability to work independently and handle multiple requirements simultaneously.

• Knowledge of blue-collar recruitment and local sourcing will be an added advantage.
