Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and professional HR Executive to manage daily HR operations, recruitment activities, employee engagement, and administrative tasks. The candidate will play a key role in maintaining a positive workplace culture and ensuring smooth HR processes.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Manage attendance, leave records, and payroll coordination.
Support employee engagement and retention activities.
Assist in policy implementation and HR compliance.
Coordinate training and development programs.
Address employee queries and maintain healthy employee relations.
Prepare HR reports and maintain MIS data.
Ensure smooth joining and exit formalities.
Required Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
Basic understanding of labor laws and HR policies.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
