WE ARE HIRING – HR EXECUTIVE / HR MANAGER

Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
2. Handling job postings, candidate screening and interviews.
3. Managing employees onboarding and joining formalities.
4. Preparing offer letters, appointment letters and HR documentation.
5. Maintaining employee attendance, leave and shift records.
6. Managing payroll coordination, salary processing and employee records.
7. Handling employee performance management and target tracking.
8. Managing employee grievances, discipline and workplace issues.
9. Preparing salary slips, employee records and HR reports.
10. Handling employee retention, resignation, termination and exit formalities.
11. Coordinating with the accounts and management teams.
12. Ensuring HR policies and company procedures are followed.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Recruitment and interview management.
- Payroll and attendance management.
- Employee database and documentation management.
- Knowledge of HR policies and labour compliance.
- Ability to manage a growing workforce.
- FMCG / Sales / Distribution industry experience will be an advantage.
Candidate Preference
- Kolkata-based candidates preferred.
- Previous HR experience preferred.
- FMCG or field-sales recruitment experience will be an added advantage.
- Candidates who can independently manage complete HR operations are preferred.
