We are excited to announce that we are hiring for the position of HR Operations - Sourcing (Field Officer)

🔹 Position Details:

Job Title: Sourcing (Field Officer)

Location: Vandalur, Chennai

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 + Incentives

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Working Days: 6 days per week

🔹 Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification: Graduate / Postgraduate

Experience: 1–4+ years

Open Positions: 10

Key Responsibilities

Ø Assist in day-to-day HR operations and field activities.

Ø Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement processes.

Ø Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.

Ø Coordinate with internal teams to ensure compliance with HR policies.

Ø Provide support in resolving employee queries and concerns.

Ø Contribute to HR reporting and performance tracking.
