We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee attendance, leave management, onboarding, and HR operations. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and basic knowledge of HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end recruitment and onboarding
Attendance and leave management
Employee record maintenance and documentation
Employee engagement and grievance handling
Support payroll and HR operations
Ensure compliance with company policies
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
0–1 years of HR experience
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and Google Sheets
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
