ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator to support our HR operations in Bangalore. You will be the first point of contact for all facility-related matters, manage employee documentation end-to-end, coordinate accommodation and logistics, and ensure smooth payment workflows, all while fostering a positive and compliant work environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage staff accommodation, In terms of hygiene, safety, partner allotment, and relocation logistics
Handle uniform, badge, and asset issuance and tracking for all employees
Maintain insurance records and raise procurement and payment requests via Kiss flow (Internal system), following the mandatory multi-level approval process
Own the full lifecycle of employment documents, offer letters, contracts, NDAs, and onboarding records, including signature tracking and organized filing
Issue and track warning and termination letters; conduct feedback sessions and performance check-ins with new partners
Act as the primary point of contact for landlords; uphold accommodation agreements and policies
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company regulatory requirements across all facilities
REQUIREMENTS
Diploma or bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in HR administration, facility management, or an operations support role
Prior experience in accommodation management is an advantage
Strong documentation, multi-stakeholder coordination, and data accuracy skills
Knowledge of HR processes, compliance requirements, and employee engagement practices
Fluency in Kannada, English, and Hindi (spoken)
