We Are Hiring: HR Trainee (Operations & Admin) | Location: Gurugram

📝 Key Responsibilities:

HR Operations & Admin: Handle day-to-day office administration and internal coordination.

Talent Coordination: Assist with screening profiles to identify the right talent.

Employee Lifecycle: Help seamlessly onboard new joiners and coordinate their welcome workflows.

Data Management: Monitor and track employee database , attendance and leave records.

Asset Management: Assist in monitoring, allocating, and handling office/IT assets.

Project Coordination: Work closely with Project Managers for internal team coordination.

Employee Engagement: Day to day Coordination with employee , Help them to resolve their query , plan and execute internal activities to keep our workspace connected .

🎓 What We Are Looking For:

Education: Graduation in any domain (An MBA in HR is a definite plus point!).

Communication: Good verbal communication skills in both English & Hindi, along with strong written communication.

Technical Skills: Intermediate knowledge of Excel and basic familiarity with the MS Office suite.

Mindset: A career-oriented individual who is eager to learn, adapt, and grow with the organization.
