Key Responsibilities

• Manage Team: Lead, motivate, and guide the HR team to meet company goals.

• Oversee Operations: Supervise end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.

• Resolve Conflicts: Handle employee grievances and maintain a positive work culture.

• Track Performance: Monitor team KPIs and deliver regular performance reports.

Required Qualifications

• Education: MBA in Human Resources (HR) is mandatory.

• Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven experience in HR roles.

• Leadership: Strong track record of successful team handling and leadership.

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹12,000 to ₹15,000 per month (Fixed).
