Job Description

MediaTechTemple Pvt. Ltd is hiring an experienced HR Team Lead – IT Recruitment who can handle end-to-end recruitment along with managing and monitoring the HR recruitment team.

The candidate must have good knowledge of IT Recruitment, recruiter handling, team monitoring, hiring strategies, and recruitment operations.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end IT recruitment process

• Manage and monitor HR Recruiters

• Assign and track daily hiring targets

• Handle technical and non-technical hiring

• Source candidates through portals, LinkedIn, references, and social media

• Conduct HR screening and interview coordination

• Maintain recruitment reports and hiring trackers

• Train recruiters and improve team productivity

• Coordinate with management for hiring updates

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of IT Recruitment

• Team handling experience preferred

• Good communication and leadership skills

• Knowledge of hiring portals and sourcing techniques

• Basic Excel and reporting knowledge

• Target-oriented and self-motivated

Eligibility

• Graduate / MBA preferred

• Minimum 2–5 years of recruitment experience

• IT hiring experience is mandatory

• BPO/Bulk hiring experience will be an added advantage
