Job Title: HR Supervisor

Location: Dahod, Gujarat
Job Summary:

We are hiring an HR Supervisor to oversee HR administration and attendance management at our Dahod location. The role involves handling day-to-day HR admin tasks, monitoring attendance systems, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth support to employees and management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise attendance management system (biometric/manual).

• Track absenteeism, shift schedules, overtime, and late reporting.

• Maintain employee leave records and prepare monthly attendance summaries.

• Coordinate with payroll team by providing accurate attendance data.

• Handle HR admin activities such as maintaining employee files, ID cards, joining & exit formalities.

• Manage office administration (stationery, visitor records, travel coordination, etc.).

• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

• Support employee grievance handling related to attendance/admin issues.

• Prepare and circulate HR-related MIS reports.

• Liaise with local authorities/vendors for admin-related requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

• 2–5 years of experience in HR Admin & Attendance management (plant/manufacturing preferred).

• Knowledge of biometric attendance systems and MS Excel.

• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.

• Good understanding of labor law compliance.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• It is a Full Time రిక్రూటర్ / హెచ్ఆర్ / అడ్మిన్ job for candidates with 2 - 3 years of experience.
