📢 Hiring: HR Agent (Work From Home)

Position: HR Agent (Part-Time)

Location: Work From Home

Eligibility: Candidates from anywhere in West Bengal can apply

Compensation

- Fixed Salary: ₹4,000 per month

- Mobile Recharge Allowance: ₹299 per month

- Performance-Based Incentives: Up to ₹10,000 per month

Working Hours

- 4–5 hours per day

- Flexible working schedule

Training

- Training Duration: 10–12 days

- Complete training and guidance will be provided

Key Responsibilities

- Posting job vacancies on various platforms

- Generating and managing candidate leads

- Conducting initial candidate interviews

- Verifying candidate documents

- Monitoring candidate performance and progress

- Following up with candidates and submitting timely reports

Eligibility

- No prior experience required

- Freshers are welcome to apply

- Good communication and basic smartphone skills are preferred
