HR Recruiter Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience and supporting the organization's hiring goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding.

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.

• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.

• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide timely feedback.

• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

• Prepare and issue offer letters and assist with pre-joining formalities.

• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment best practices.

• Participate in employer branding and campus recruitment initiatives when required.

• Generate recruitment reports and hiring metrics.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 1–4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.

• Experience with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, or similar platforms.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is an added advantage.
