Job Overview: We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated HR who are eager to learn and grow in the field of Human Resources. The role involves working closely with the HR team on recruitment and operational activities.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs):

•Sourcing and screening candidates based on job requirements

•Handling recruitment for Sales and Operations-related roles

•Coordinating with candidates and scheduling interviews

•Maintaining candidate data and recruitment trackers

•Supporting day-to-day HR operations

Eligibility Criteria:

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (any specialization)

•Good communication skills (mandatory)

•Must own a personal laptop for work purposes
