Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for various job positions. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, hand on exposure in end to end recruitment, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Assist in achieving recruitment targets within deadlines.
