Client is a leading wellness and lifestyle brand specializing in massage chairs, wellness equipment, and premium consumer products. We are expanding our team and looking for an enthusiastic HR Recruiter.
Responsible for managing recruitment activities and supporting day-to-day HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conducts initial telephonic interviews.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with department heads.
- Follow up with candidates until selection and joining.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Assist with offer letters, joining documentation, and onboarding.
- Support basic attendance, employee coordination, and HR activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR/ Business Administration/ Commerce or related field.
- Freshers or 1–2 years of recruitment experience can apply.
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi & Telugu preferred.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
- Good coordination, follow-up, and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, organized, and target-oriented.
