Roles and Responsibilities

Source and attract top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to filter candidates based on requirements.
Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates by scheduling dates, times, and locations.
Provide consultation services to clients regarding recruitment needs and offer suggestions for improvement.
Ensure timely communication with both parties throughout the hiring process.

Desired Candidate Profile

0-1 year of experience in BPO recruitment or related field (HR Consulting).
Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing profiles, screening, interview coordination, interview scheduling, permanent staffing, non-IT recruitment consulting.
Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
