Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and role requirements.

  • Write and post job descriptions on various platforms (job boards, social media, career sites).

  • Source potential candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, and employee referrals.

  • Screen resumes and job applications to identify qualified candidates.

  • Conduct initial phone screens and schedule interviews with hiring teams.

  • Coordinate and follow up on interview feedback and candidate status.

  • Maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment-related reports.

  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

  • Represent the company at job fairs, campus drives, and recruitment events.

  • Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, employment legislation, and best practices in recruitment.
