Woodrock Infotech Private Limited is expanding its HR team in Kolkata, and we’re looking for motivated HR professionals to join us at our Salt Lake, Sector 5 office.

1. HR RECRUITER

Salary: Up to ₹13,000 In-Hand

Who can apply:

• Freshers are welcome

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Confident in speaking with and coordinating candidates

• Willing to work from office

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and screen candidates for BPO requirements

• Coordinate interviews and candidate follow-ups

• Explain job roles, salary, shifts and process details

• Maintain candidate information and recruitment records

2. HR INTERVIEWER

Salary: Up to ₹20,000 In-Hand

Who can apply:

• Experienced candidates only

• BPO experience is mandatory

• Experience in conducting HR/telephonic interviews preferred

• Strong communication and candidate-handling skills

• Willing to work from office

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct both online and offline HR interviews

• Handle complete end-to-end recruitment

• Screen and assess candidates based on communication and process requirements

• Coordinate candidate interviews and follow-ups

• Manage candidate selection and joining coordination

• Provide interview feedback and maintain recruitment records

• Coordinate with the internal team for smooth hiring and onboarding

📍 Location: Salt Lake, Sector 5, College More, Kolkata

🏢 Work Mode: Work From Office

📅 Working Days: 6 Days

🗓️ Week Off: Sunday Fixed
