Woodrock Infotech Private Limited is expanding its HR team in Lucknow and is looking for an experienced HR Interviewer to join our team.

💼 Position: HR Interviewer

Location: Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh
Work Mode: Work From Office
Salary: Up to ₹20,000 In-Hand per month
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Week Off: Sunday Fixed

👤 Eligibility

• Experienced candidates only

• BPO experience is mandatory

• Prior experience in HR/telephonic interviews or recruitment preferred

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong candidate-handling and follow-up skills

• Ability to work in a target-driven recruitment environment

• Willingness to work from office

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Conduct telephonic, online and face-to-face HR interviews

• Handle the end-to-end recruitment process from screening to joining

• Source, screen and shortlist candidates according to process requirements

• Assess candidates based on communication skills, experience and job suitability

• Coordinate interview schedules and candidate follow-ups

• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process

• Coordinate candidate selection, documentation and joining formalities

• Share interview feedback and maintain accurate recruitment records

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth hiring and onboarding

• Follow up with selected candidates to ensure successful joining

🎯 Preferred Skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Good understanding of recruitment and interview processes

• Confident candidate interaction and negotiation skills

• Ability to handle multiple candidates and recruitment requirements

• Strong coordination and organizational skills

• Previous BPO recruitment experience will be an added advantage
