Screening & Shortlisting:
Conduct telephonic and face‑to‑face interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Client Coordination:
Understand client requirements, draft job specifications, and deliver suitable profiles within deadlines.
Interview Management:
Schedule interviews, prepare candidates, and coordinate feedback between clients and candidates.
Offer & Onboarding:
Negotiate salary, manage offer rollouts, and ensure smooth onboarding.
Database Management:
Maintain candidate records, update recruitment trackers, and generate reports in Excel/ATS.
Performance Tracking:
Monitor recruitment KPIs (time‑to‑hire, cost‑per‑hire, offer‑acceptance ratio).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Candidate sourcing expertise (job portals, LinkedIn, networking).
Interviewing and assessment techniques.
Negotiation and persuasion skills.
Stakeholder/client management.
Proficiency in Excel, HR databases, and ATS tools.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Local market awareness (Raipur/Chhattisgarh talent pool).
Bachelor’s degree (preferred: HR, Business Administration, or related field).
1–3 years of experience in recruitment (agency or corporate).
Freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered.
Deliver quality candidates within agreed timelines.
Maintain strong client relationships and repeat business.
Achieve monthly/quarterly placement targets.
