Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and job specifications.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, networking, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Evaluate candidates and provide recommendations based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Conduct reference and background checks as required.
Prepare and negotiate job offers with selected candidates.
Maintain recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and recruitment best practices.
Support employer branding initiatives and participate in job fairs and recruitment events.
Assist with onboarding activities to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
