Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Sourcing & Job Posting: Creating job descriptions and posting them on job boards, social media, and internal platforms to attract candidates.
Screening & Interviewing: Reviewing resumes, conducting initial phone/video screenings, and evaluating candidate skills and cultural fit.
Coordination:
Managing interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring smooth communication.
Talent Pipeline Management: Networking with potential candidates, maintaining a database for future opportunities, and managing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Hiring Process Management: Performing reference/background checks, extending job offers, and assisting with onboarding procedures.
Strategy & Metrics: Working with hiring managers to define requirements, improving employer branding, and analyzing recruiting metrics (e.g., cost-per-hire).
