🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Coordinate and organize placement drives in ITI and other institutions
✅ Connect with candidates and share job opportunities and updates
✅ Coordinate with recruitment agencies to close open positions
✅ Schedule interviews and ensure smooth interview coordination
✅ Maintain and update candidate database, trackers, and reports
✅ Manage onboarding process including document collection and verification
✅ Maintain employee attendance records and HR reports
✅ Support payroll process with attendance and joining details
✅ Follow up with internal stakeholders for manpower requirements
✅ Ensure proper documentation and employee record management
🔹 Required Skills:
✔ Strong communication and coordination skills
✔ Experience in recruitment coordination / HR operations
✔ Good knowledge of MS Excel and reporting
✔ Ability to handle multiple hiring requirements
