Job Title: HR Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior HR Executive to support our Human Resources department. The candidate should have basic knowledge or experience in payroll processing and recruitment activities, along with good communication and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups.

• Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers for interview scheduling.

• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.

• Support in payroll preparation including attendance verification, leave records, and employee details.

• Assist with statutory compliance documentation (PF, ESI, etc.) if required.

• Prepare HR reports and maintain proper documentation.

• Handle employee queries related to HR policies and processes.

• Support onboarding and joining formalities for new employees.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• 0–2 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or payroll.

• Basic knowledge of Payroll, PF, ESI, and HR documentation.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
