Job Overview

Vestro Solvents Private Limited is looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Recruiter to manage the complete recruitment cycle. The ideal candidate should have experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with hiring managers to fulfill the organization's hiring requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and update job descriptions based on hiring requirements.

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.

• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.

• Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews.

• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.

• Evaluate candidate skills and maintain recruitment records.

• Post and manage job advertisements on various job portals.

• Conduct reference and background verification when required.

• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future hiring needs.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment.

• Good knowledge of job portals and resume databases.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent sourcing and candidate assessment skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet hiring targets.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and recruitment software is preferred.

Eligibility

• Experience: 2–6+ years in HR Recruitment.

• Education: Any Graduate / MBA (HR) preferred.

• Freshers are eligible.

• It is a Full Time రిక్రూటర్ / హెచ్ఆర్ / అడ్మిన్ job for candidates with 2 - 6+ years Experience.
