Source candidates from job portals (WorkIndia, Apna, JobHai, Naukri).
Call candidates and explain job profiles, salary, and location.
Assist candidates in filling the online Google Form.
Schedule interviews and follow up for interview attendance.
Convince candidates to join the WhatsApp channel for job updates.
Maintain candidate data in Google Sheets and submit daily reports.
Recruiter must source candidates through their own channels as well.

Good communication skills.
Good English, Hindi & Gujarati.
Basic computer and MS Excel/Google Sheets knowledge.
Calling, follow-up, and convincing skills.
Ability to meet daily targets.

Desktop/Laptop with internet connection.
Smartphone with internet connection.
Task completion within 3 working days.
Daily reporting is mandatory.
