esponsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates as per company requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and source candidates through job portals, social media, and references
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
Conduct initial HR interviews (telephonic/virtual)
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Follow up with candidates for feedback and joining
Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports
Ensure smooth onboarding process

Requirements:

Good communication skills (Hindi + basic English)
Basic knowledge of recruitment process
Experience: 0–2 years (freshers can apply)
