Job Description: HR Recruiter (US Night Shift)

Location: C-109 Goyal Titanium Business Park, Makarba, Ahmedabad (100% Onsite)

Shift Timings: Nights only 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM IST (Monday to Friday)

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹50,000 per month (Based on experience)

Position Overview

Vectra Staffing is looking for an energetic HR Recruiter to join our internal hiring team. You will play a key role in finding and onboarding the talent that drives our business, specifically focusing on US staffing roles like Bench Sales and Technical Recruiters. This is a high-growth opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full hiring cycle, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for internal roles.

• Sourcing Strategy: Use LinkedIn, job boards, and social media to build a steady pipeline of recruitment professionals.

• Candidate Evaluation: Conduct initial phone screenings to assess communication skills and relevant experience in the US staffing industry.

• Interview Coordination: Schedule and manage interview rounds between candidates and company leadership.

• Onboarding Support: Assist in the documentation and background verification process for new hires.

• Database Management: Maintain and update candidate records in our internal ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
