HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies

• Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle

• Post job openings across multiple job portals

• Source candidates through databases, references, and field hiring

• Screen, shortlist, and conduct HR telephonic interviews

• Schedule and coordinate face-to-face and virtual interviews

• Follow up with candidates and ensure timely closures

• Handle bulk and critical hiring requirements

• Ensure smooth onboarding, joining, and documentation

• Maintain recruitment reports, trackers, and dashboards

• Manage and update candidate database and CRM

• Coordinate with Operations team for induction

• Handle vendor coordination and management

• Identify and implement alternative sourcing strategies

• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders

• Meet hiring targets within defined timelines

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in recruitment

• Strong experience in bulk hiring / field hiring

• Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously

• Good communication and stakeholder management skills

• Experience with job portals, sourcing, and Excel/CRM tools

• Target-driven and result-oriented mindset

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in chit fund / NBFC / finance hiring

• Strong local network in Coimbatore

• Experience in vendor handling
