We are looking for a dynamic, high-energy Junior HR Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sourcing and placing candidates for non-IT roles such as Sales, Market Survey. You will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a steady pipeline of quality talent.
Sourcing: Identify potential candidates through job portals , social media, and employee referrals.
Screening: Conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess communication skills, technical fit, and salary expectations.
Coordination: Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth experience for both parties.
Database Management: Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or internal candidate database.
Onboarding: Assist in the post-selection process, including document collection and follow-ups until the candidate joins.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends to understand the competitive landscape for non-IT hiring.
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience specifically in Non-IT Recruitment.
Education: Graduate in any stream
Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Tech Savvy: Proficient in using job boards, LinkedIn, and MS Office (Excel/Word).
