Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have 2–5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to source, screen, and hire quality candidates across multiple roles within defined timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
Post job openings on various recruitment platforms.
Follow up with shortlisted candidates and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
Conduct salary negotiations and facilitate offer rollouts.
Coordinate joining formalities and employee onboarding.
Maintain recruitment reports, candidate databases, and hiring trackers.
Ensure timely closure of vacancies while maintaining recruitment quality.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment.
Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring targets.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Sheets.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.
2–5 years of proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Experience in bulk hiring and corporate recruitment will be an added advantage.
