Job Description:
VR Pandey Ventures Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced HR Recruiter who has at least 2 years of experience, preferably in the Real Estate sector. The candidate should have good communication skills and experience in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
Responsibilities:
Handling end-to-end recruitment process
Sourcing candidates through different job portals
Conducting initial screening and interviews
Coordinating with management for hiring needs
Maintaining candidate database
Eligibility:
Minimum 2 years of experience in HR Recruitment
Experience in Real Estate industry preferred
Good communication and interpersonal skills
