Job Description: HR Recruiter (Science Stream)

Andheri Kurla Road, Marol Pipeline, Andheri East, Mumbai – 400059

Experience: 1–3 years (Science Stream hiring preferred)

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive HR Recruiter – Science Stream to handle end-to-end recruitment for Life Sciences, Biologics, Pharma, and Healthcare roles. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, good understanding of science-based profiles, and the ability to close positions within timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for science, biologic, pharma, and life science roles

• Source candidates through job portals, databases, referrals, and social media

• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews

• Coordinate with hiring managers for technical and final interview rounds

• Maintain candidate data, recruitment trackers, and MIS reports

• Ensure timely closure of positions as per hiring requirements

• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future needs

• Follow recruitment processes and company policies

Requirements & Skills

• Graduate in Science Stream, or related field

• Experience in hiring for biologic / science stream roles preferred

• Good understanding of recruitment life cycle

• Strong communication and coordination skills

• Ability to work on multiple positions simultaneously

• Familiarity with job portals and ATS is an advantage

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in pharma, healthcare, or life science recruitment

• Target-oriented and result-driven approach

• Good follow-up and stakeholder management skills

• It is a Full Time రిక్రూటర్ / హెచ్ఆర్ / అడ్మిన్ job for candidates with 6 months - 1 years of experience.
