About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate should have experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in the manufacturing industry, and possess excellent communication and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.

Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.

Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews.

Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.

Follow up with candidates throughout the selection process.

Prepare and issue offer letters and maintain recruitment documentation.

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Hands-on experience with job portals and recruitment tools.

Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and HR documentation.

Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Qualification

MBA/PGDM in HR or Graduate with relevant HR recruitment experience.
