Job Summary

Umanist Business Consulting OPC Pvt Ltd is looking for enthusiastic and motivated candidates to join our team as HR Recruiters. This opportunity is ideal for freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are passionate about recruitment, communication, and talent acquisition.

As an HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various IT and Non-IT positions across India and international markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand client hiring requirements and job descriptions

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media platforms, and references

• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements

• Conduct initial telephonic screening and interview coordination

• Schedule interviews with clients and follow up with candidates

• Maintain candidate databases and update internal recruitment trackers

• Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for ongoing and future requirements

• Coordinate with hiring managers and ensure smooth recruitment processes

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills in English & Hindi

• Good understanding or hands-on experience of recruitment lifecycle and hiring processes

• Hands-on experience or exposure to sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and references

• Ability to screen resumes and conduct initial HR discussions/interviews

• Familiarity with MS Excel, MS Word, and recruitment trackers

• Understanding of IT and/or Non-IT hiring requirements will be an added advantage

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment

• Strong coordination, follow-up, and stakeholder management skills

• Quick learner with a proactive and positive attitude

• Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in any discipline (BBA, B.Com, BCA, BA, MBA HR, etc.)

• Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of recruitment experience can apply

• Interest in HR, Talent Acquisition, or Recruitment domain

Shift Details

India Shift: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
US Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM (Night Shift)
