Job Summary:
Uhired Consultancy is hiring a Female HR Recruiter to support bulk hiring requirements. The role is suitable for freshers as well as candidates with prior recruitment experience who are eager to build a career in HR and talent acquisition.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for bulk hiring positions

• Source and screen candidates through job portals, calls, and referrals

• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates

• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment trackers

• Ensure timely closure of assigned hiring requirements

Eligibility Criteria:

• Gender: Female candidates only

• Experience: Freshers or minimum 6 months experience in bulk recruitment

• Education: HSC / Any Graduate

Required Skills:

• Fluency in English (verbal communication)

• Good interpersonal and coordination skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 (In-hand)

• Day shift

• Sunday fixed off
