Job Description

Job Title: HR Recruiter (Part-Time)

Location: Airoli, Navi Mumbai

Salary: ₹5,000 – ₹7,000 (In-hand)

Shift: Day Shift (10:00 AM – 3:00 PM)

Week Off: Sunday

Experience: Fresher & Experienced both can apply

Qualification: HSC Pass / Graduate

Job Responsibilities:

- Source candidates through Job Hai, WhatsApp, Facebook and other job portals.

- Screen and shortlist candidates as per job requirements.

- Coordinate interview schedules with candidates.

- Follow up with candidates until joining.

- Maintain daily recruitment reports and candidate database.

- Achieve daily and weekly hiring targets.

Skills Required:

- Basic English & Hindi communication.

- Basic computer knowledge.

- Good convincing and coordination skills.

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
