HR Recruiter

Position: Human Resources Intern

Location: Chennai

Duration: 3–6 Months

Type: Internship (Full-time)

Roles & Responsibilities

- Assist in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)

- Conduct telephonic screening and maintain candidate follow-ups

- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers

- Maintain and update HR databases and trackers

- Support onboarding and documentation process

- Assist in payroll data collection and attendance tracking

- Support employee engagement activities

- Handle basic HR operations and administrative tasks

Eligibility Criteria

- Pursuing or completed MBA / MSW / BBA / B.Com / BA (HR preferred)

- Freshers or candidates with 0–1 year experience can apply

- Basic knowledge of the HR recruitment process

- Good communication skills (English & Tamil preferred)

- Familiar with MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)

- Willingness to learn and ability to multitask
